I have a buddy who was once a prominent person in the sleepy town of Payne Ohio.... these photos are quite excellent at showing the morphing structured Orbs of 2015.... it's an articulate report of something quite anomalous IMO.

On Friday evening, my family was driving home to Payne Ohio. About 8 miles outside of town we observed a bright white light in the sky, appearing to be close to Payne.

As we got closer, I asked my wife what it was. To wit, she responded an airplane. I told her that airplanes do not have bright white lights unless landing or taking off and since there was no airport nearby, it couldn't be.

She again suggested airplane because it had some blinking red lights with it as well.

As we drew closer we could tell it was not moving at all.

We got to the point where it was about 2 football fields away from us and about 1000 ft. in the air. At this point we could tell it was not an airplane or helicopter.

I rolled the window down to take a couple pics, it was completely silent. At that point it started moving, slowly at first and then accelerated to a speed well over 300 miles an hour as it disappeared from our view within 30 seconds or so.

Harley Rutledge - Real UFOlogist

Hello Clockers... 2014 was quite a year in UFOlogy IMO - as the escalation of the Orb phenomena seems to have scared MUFON into back editing the best of the photos of the phenomena IF not the videos. While I have noticed this... apparently nearly no one... wait... no one of the so-called UFOlogy community has or is commenting about it... only UDCC where you find real UFO blogging.

That said, IMO VERY few of the so-called UFO bloggers spends any time at all with the raw UFO reports at MUFON like I do.... so, I'm perhaps the most likely to call them out about it. And I have as you can see. Because it's been my clarion call that the UFO phenomena is something strongly related to the expanding Orb phenomena... as more and more of the so-called UFO/Orb `callers' and `observers/non callers'
are stepping forth... some in this very blog as Clockers know.

Indeed, yet ANOTHER reader from Missouri has enlightened me when I recieved this e-mail below:

Yes I have also noticed it is almost impossible to find real orb videos on youtube. Several years ago I  could find many.  If I search for "orbs missouri" , I get hardly any thing substantial, mainly "spam" results. Glad someone else is noticing. I have had many orb-star experiences and never a craft type experience. To me this seems to be the real ufo proof they dont want out. Maybe why no one took Harley Rutledge seriously although he proved it was real without a doubt.   73 Doug

As is often the case when folks are truly open to the unknown... I was ready to learn more about (PHD in Physics) Harley Rutledge and I wasn't disappointed in the least - here's his Wikipedia Link (BTW, YES - I gave the 3 Dollars donation fee at Wikipedia today, you can too.) This guy was a real UFOlogist IMO.

Challenged to explain sightings of unidentified lights and luminous phenomena in the sky around Piedmont, Missouri, Dr. Harley Rutledge decided to subject these reports to scientific analysis. He put together a team of observers with college training in the physical sciences, including a large array of equipment: RF spectrum analyzers, Questar telescopes, low-high frequency audio detectors, electromagnetic frequency analyzer, cameras, and a galvanometer to measure variations in the Earth's gravitational field.

The resulting Project Identification commenced in April 1973, logging several hundred hours of observation time. This was the first UFO scientific field study, able to monitor the phenomena in real-time, enabling Rutledge to calculate the objects' actual velocity, course, position, distance, and size.

Observation of the unclouded night sky often revealed "pseudostars" - stationary lights camouflaged by familiar constellations. Some objects appeared to mimic the appearance of known aircraft; others violated the laws of physics. The most startling discovery was that on at least 32 recorded occasions, the movement of the lights synchronized with actions of the observers. They appeared to respond to a light being switched on and off, and to verbal or radio messages. The final results of this project were documented in the 1981 book, Project Identification: The first Scientific Study of UFO Phenomena.

I was on my morning walk before dawn on Kilohana Street in Kailua Kona, Hi. 
Conditions-70 degrees, dark, no clouds, 5:30 AM HST, sky filled with stars. 
Observed a yellow star in the SW sky, altitude-approx 3000' above sea level. 
Observed it slowly pacing me. I shined a 1300 Lumen flashlight on it in the quick strobe mode. It jerked, got brighter, and "Here it comes!" Condition of observer--very frightened. When it got right above me, at an estimated 250-500', I flashed my strobe on in again, and it stopped. It's light closed for 1.5-2 seconds. It appeared to be a brushed stainless steel or aluminum ball, best guess 15-20 in diameter. It's yellow light resumed, and it took off at a tremendous speed, crossing the entire horizon to the north in 1 second before disappearing. Time of observation- 8 seconds. Observer description-55 yr old male cauc. I wear corrective lenses. Profession--Eye witness identification expert--licensed private investigator, 32 years. No history of making unconservative or false statements. No-mental illness, drug abuse, hallucinations. Medical condition--I take a statin for high cholesterol. Opinion--I accept the idea there could be UFOs but don't believe anything until I can examine it. I can say what it wasn't--not a balloon, a bird, an insect, a drone, an airplane or helicopter. My immediate impression--there goes my understanding of our world. The object exhibited intelligent control, operated beyond our technology of flight, was silent. I am not making an accurate determination as to distances, size, and speed, but only approximations. Best guess--It was a solid obect. It behaved outside our current understanding of physics and propulsion. It (could have been) a probe, a spacecraft, military secret, alive. My impression--that it's message was--"this is who I am, and this is what I can do."

LOST TIME AND MUTILATIONS IN CALIFORNIA

JULY 1976   ......   SACRAMENTO VALLEY CALIFORNIA

In July, 1976 a friend and I, who is now a dentist and a no nonsense kind of guy, were cruising between Lincoln and Auburn, CA on a quiet country road. We drove over the top of a hilly road and we were descending I noticed a bright bluish-white light shining down on the road about 200 yards in front of us. It was coming from a point over a large group of scrub oak trees. The trees came to a point over the road creating a canapé effect over the road. What was strange is there were no street lights and none of the light shining down on the road was being blocked out by the trees.  As we approached the light my car began to sputter and lost power, then the headlights went out. As we were approaching the light I was flashing my bright lights on and off before the car shut down. As soon as the car rolled to a stop, I opened the door to step out... the light disappeared while leaves were floating down below where the light had been falling onto the road in front of us. During July in the Sacramento valley it is still about 80 degrees with no wind. It gets very hot here in the summer.  The thing that really shocked me was 4 days later we took 2 of our cats to the vets, which was about 3 miles out of town. When the vet drove up he was acting confused and was stuttering, which he did when he got excited. He had been called out to a ranch to look at a dead cow. He explained to me and my mom that the cow had been cut up in a very strange way with a missing eye ball, utter and entrails. It's hind quarters had been drilled or board out. He also said there were no flies, no bugs and no predator bite marks anywhere on the cow. The cow was located 50 yards from the very spot we saw the lights over the trees. My doctor friend said his mother was upset with him for getting home so late the night we saw the lights. However we were only out there in the country for an hour and a half. He claims it was 4am when we got home.  After dropping him off that night, I was really tired and just went home to bed and didn't pay any attention to the time. He claims we lost 3 hours. To this day I have no idea what we saw or what happened. He refuses to talk about it with me or to anyone else.

As we see again the refusal to talk about what is beyond comprehension is not unusual.... or the losing power..... (which is very rare these days but not in1970's UFO lore and expectations) .... or the potential of actions at these strange scenes of contact.

STRANGE CLOSE ENCOUNTER WITH PHOTOS IN VIRGINIA

AUGUST 24, 2014  ........    RICHMOND VIRGINIA

8/24/2014 - During a later-than-normal exercise walk I was prompted to notice a small, glowing, weird rod-shaped object hovering approximately 30 feet above the ground in the flimsy, leafy, outer branches of a large tree behind a house in my tranquil, heavily-wooded suburban neighborhood of Stratford Hills in Richmond, Virginia.  I'm 54 years old and I've been walking this route nearly every day for ten years and what I beheld at 11:33 p.m. on a very quiet Sunday night was abnormal and totally out-of-place! Most of my neighbors probably were in bed. I was fortunate to view the mysterious glowing object that seemed to be hiding up in the tree and I partially attribute my good fortune to the fact that it was a new moon - the darknest night of the month!  The silent UFO first was rod-shaped with a glowing blue light on the left end and a pinkish-violet light on the right end. It was hovering horizontally in a place where a human could not be. It was not a new-fangled bug zapper and there are no cable-TV or electric lines running near the tree and definitely not at that height. No logic for the uncanny faintly-glowing lights in the tree.  So I stopped and shot video with my iPhone 4S but with no zoom in vid mode I switched to still-shot so I could peer closer. I took 30 pics spanning about ten minutes and during this time the small anomalous cylindrical UFO/entity morphed into an orb which sometimes appeared cobalt-blue and other times violet with a freaky purplish core. Then it morphed back into a rod that was more white colored and appeared to be segmented, reminiscent of a bacterial rod under a microscope. This flying object ain't one of ours - NOT a drone, stealth bomber, planet Venus, or swamp gas.  I did not hear any sounds coming from the object that night but later when I downloaded the video I was surprised to discover that my iPhone had picked up some intriguing clicking noises and when I showed the video to my neighbor S-- she said "It sounds like Morse code."  So far, I have not shared this with the people who live in the house where the sighting took place because I did not want to run the risk of freaking them out, but coincidentally enough, they started leaving their back-porch floodlights on immediately in the wake of me seeing the UFO in their backyard. I did, however, tell one of their male neighbors and B----- agreed with me that maybe his neighbors who live in the house in question saw the object too and it spooked them?  I've been watching for the UFO/entity ever since during my exercise walks but no encore yet, and I wasn't even going to submit a report because I didn't know whether this clicking, glowing, morphing rod/orb was an "alien/UFO" or spiritual entity, but then some other odd "occurrences" came to my attention that made me change my college-educated mind: .......

The report goes on to site a couple events of a similar nature around the same time period... but, he ended his report about this UFO phenomena....

Last but not least, a couple of weeks after my "close encounter" in Richmond, Virginia USA I was prompted to discover a seemingly-credible YouTube video of a small blue-pinkish-violet rod-shaped UFO that a man and woman in Ontario Canada videoed while sitting around a campground firepit and the anomalous silent hovering object looks uncannily similar to the UFO that I photographed in Richmond, VA when it was in "rod mode." The Ontario sighting was on August 20, 2014, only four days before my sighting in Virginia, and the Canadian couple was prompted to upload their video to YouTube on August 24 which synchronistically was the same day as my sighting!

Clockers are well aware of my views on the `bedroom alien abduction' experience.... who IMO seems to be the positioned head of this collaborative effort. So, we can EXPECT the FANTASTIC to be the norm probably. With little to no proof of the statements and claims. That said, perhaps IF the Orb phenomena is PUSHED as the real UFO experience... as at least one video shows on their page so far... then perhaps that has a chance. Nothing new to Clockers if that is the case. So, it looks almost like a sophisticated crowd funding, KickStarter like, method to fund some shows and find some `weak proof' that will be panned by the MSM. A place for readers of the UFO phenomena to place a few of their UFO dollars. I bet the Exopolitics folks are jealous. (although this is about the same IMO.)

The `Black Helicopter' Morph Picture - OMG

One of the things you have read around here on my REAL UFO blog is that I HAVE MY DOUBTS about the so-called `immediate Military Helicopters' AFTER a so-called UFO sighting (at close range generally). Yes, you read that right - I doubt the very REALITY of these `objects'. And, lo and behold, is it possible that someone `caught' one of these so-called Helicopters morphing? In Pictures? And, as the very reason for the report to MUFON?.... could F-ing be.

Here's the report - just submitted 11/3 but of an event that happened to this person on 3/2/13 (as stated on the outside of MUFON for report date). First, the report:

Helicopter MORPHING Report-Picture

I was in my room. A helicopter was flying low and close. I grabbed my camera and took three pictures. They looked like a normal Blackhawk helicopter. The helicopter was traveling from the east to the south. A few minutes later, it came back. I grabbed my camera, and took three more pictures. The helicopter was flying from the south to the east, but took a sharp turn to the south-east. The last picture I took is what made me write this report. The helicopter was flying away from me when I took this picture, but I don't think it was one anymore. (I'll include the second-to-last picture to compare, you can see the helicopter turning away) When I looked at the pictures, what I saw amazed me. It didn't look like a helicopter anymore, I couldn't even identify any parts! See what you think. I'll include 2 pictures. One is of the helicopter about 10 seconds before the second (weird) picture was taken.

How To Use My `UFO' Webpages

So, I thought I'd provide a tutorial in the many ways I attack the `UFO' phenomenology. First and foremost of course is right here at UDCC - UFO Disclosure Countdown Clock - where I update about 15-25 times a month and generally keep you abreast of what I am doing on my other UFO pages. Next - I update about 15-20 times a month at the Subreddit that I moderate on Reddit. It's called Strange State UFO - where I use the public MUFON database to it's full advantage. On Strange State UFO, a subreddit with over 500 subscribers in just the 11 months I've been building it, I FEATURE the MUFON reports that submit PICTURES or Videos. It's a damn cool place to check out UFO reports. ..... When you are there upvote, and leave some comments on the reports you find the most compelling.

Next, once again ON THIS BLOG (UDCC) - in the sidebar you will find the BEST STATE UFOs blogs - which feature ONLY UFOs from a particular state and generally ONLY the reports with pictures or videos - the very BEST pictures and videos (the others you will find daily on SSU above). This is a must if you live in one of the 17 States I've included so far. (Takes some time to set up blogs of course. And, this is about as many as I can handle.) These STATE UFO blogs may not update often BUT the updates are almost always worth it. Alabama Was The Last Update.

Again in the sidebar you will find my linkage to STATE UFO VIDEOS - about a 15 state series which features YOUTUBE UFO videos when it mattered what UFO videos were on YOUTUBE (before the takeover of FAKE UFO videos by UFO gathering sites). I've decided again to begin with what's going on over at Ken Pfeifers UFO website - a repository of UFO/Orb pictures like no other. (Even if KP and I have slightly differing viewpoints on the phenomena.) - That said, Ken's stuff is always of interest - if only for the potential influence it has on UFOlogy. I am going to bring something he covered recently about Alien Abduction.

ALIEN ABDUCTION EXPERIENCE BY CHRIS HOLLY

 

During writing lifetime I talked with many people who had experienced strange events where they encountered unidentified crafts and or life forms that would abduct them against their will and return them hours later leaving the abductee with a period of lost time they could not explain and no memory of what happened to them during the time they were missing. The people taken often remembered the start of the event and the end or becoming aware of their surrounding at the end of the event but nothing of what happened to them in-between.  

(or, nothing at all is remembered - and fantasies can take hold?)

There is one part of this type of abduction that all of the people I have spoken with share 

(all? I've read lots and lots of abduction phenomena experiences and they certainly don't ALL begin, end or have that attribute - I can be a real pain on the ass about verbiage)

which is each one discussed seeing a ray of light of some type during the event and each person also told me that they could recall a very bright flash of light at point during the abduction . I have been told by about half of the abductees that they thought the experience with the extremely bright light occurred during the end of the abduction event but no one was positive of the timing only aware that they were shown or looked at an extremely bright light.  The second shared similarity that is reported by those who have had a lost time abduction event is that after the event they suffer with a sensitivity to bright light and need dark sunglasses to deal with a bright sun filled day. 

(again, where does this come from - certainly not the experiences I've read...)

This sensitivity increases with the amount of events the abductee has had during their lifetime. Those taken many times over their life have extreme problems with light including night driving which becomes impossible for them if exposed over and over to the bright light that comes with the abduction experience.  I have seen this light as I have been one of those who have shared lost time events and now have extreme difficulty being able to see while out in the bright sun and cannot drive during the blinding sunset or at night without great difficulty. 

 

I have written for years about how those taken have had some type of memory wipe of the hours spent while being abducted. I also have been fully aware of the fact that those who are kidnapped by whatever and whoever has the ability to do these things 

agreement this time around - it's seemingly the only explanation for the total blank seamless `awake' experiences - where the experience seems totally normal until the `time is missing' awareness. Now - MEMORY `wipe' is a bit speculative in my opinion as I can think of at least one other `phenomenological' explanation.

alter the people they abduct leaving them changed and often returned with physical ailments that stay with them for life or make them ill for a period of time after the event takes place.  You can imagine the upset that someone who has had to endure these things must feel when the world does not believe you and more painful refuses to help you leaving you on your own to deal with the horror of these abduction events and the physical aftermath alone and unprotected by their fellow humans. It is a ugly side of our society that continues to this very day.  Unless you have experienced an event where you are taken and used or abused against your will you cannot understand how awful it is to be one of those who are forced to deal with these things alone and without any form of help besides your own loved ones. And that is only if your loved ones are smart enough to understand what is going on. My heart sinks for those who have families who laugh at or do not believe those being abducted.

(no offense but - this is a very emotional writing and probably less than objective in evaluating these attributes IMO)

 Being completely alone and dealing with this horror has got to be devastating.  I went back over the past two decades of notes I have kept from the interviews and conversations i have had with abductees and realized that the subject of both rays of light and bright flashes of light were being reported over and over. I also realized that those who had more than one abduction also were the people who complained of serious sensitivity to sunlight or bright lights including night blindness due to the lack of being able to adjust their eyes to oncoming car lights. A few of the abductees suffered such severe damage to their eyes during their abductions that they are now losing their eyesight completely.  The fact that the abductions where lost time took place leaving the victim without any recall of what had happened to them during the event made it clear that this type of abduction included having some kind of memory wipe taking place on the abductees during the events leaving them void of any memory or spotty memory at best of what had happened to them during their lost time abduction events.

I knew all of these things however I was not able to place the factors of the bright light flashes or bright rays of light together with the missing memory until now.  One of the abductees I have written about in the past has since become a friend of mine recently sent me an article she found on line.  The article talked about the work taking place where researchers can erase memories in mice using flashes of light in a bid to uncover how our memory works and can be controlled!

It was an interesting article which I will post under my article on my blog however for me it was obvious that the flashes of light were part of the memory altering that takes place when humans are taken and abused by whatever or whoever is doing the abducting.  It is by no way a coincidence that human scientists are now using light in this way nor should we be surprised. I doubt there is anyone out there who does not at least suspect if not clearly know that the human race has been given or stolen a great deal of technology from the other life forms that have been visiting this planet

most likely from the birth of the planet. Reading that a form of memory control and light is connected should have been obvious to me before. I laugh when I realize it was part of every Men in Black movie made. The fact they used the light flash may have been a joke on society placed in the movies by those who knew long ago that it was indeed the exact way our visitors control our memories. 

(oh jeez, the conspiracy theory...... not buying it)

 I am sure there is a part of humanity, those elite few, who do know what is going on in this universe that know a great deal if not most of what happens to not only lost time abductees, but all those who are taken or have close encounters.  These elite few understand and freely approve of and go along with all types of abductions that take place to all the living creatures of earth including humans. The only ones kept in the dark are the mass of the world’s population that remain at the will and hands of the few and those who visit and do as they please with us.  

I certainly do not share this viewpoint.

At this point in my life I have learned by both research and personal experience that we know little yet live in a world filled with unknowns and unexplained events that we continue to ignore and let happen without questioning or are even normally curious about.  I believe in many things that seem impossible as I have lived and witnessed the impossible first hand. I also know we are being walked down a dishonest path by the powers that control this planet and realize we are simple pawns in a game none of us have any idea is being played out much less understanding.

I in turn think the elites biggest fear is that they have no control.

  All I can do is write what I see and share what I find and let you walk your own path of understanding what is going on around us all the time.  Enjoy each day but in doing so always pay attention to your surrounding and be careful out there as you never know when that light will flash in your direction!
