TV Report - FEMA Makes Preparation For UFO Attack

I'm pretty sure that this is `old' news in the sense that I've heard of `chapter 13 and firefighters' of the FEMA manual for at least a year or two or three by now. But, this was trotted out by a Phoenix station in mid-July. 97K views and a 4/1 Positive to Negative ratio of opinion. The station was happy to have a MUFON guy to explain how serious it is.
