The Worthless Side Of Social Media

As I've mentioned on these pages before - somehow a year back or so when I updated my blogger profile I suddenly was `tricked' into being on Google+. I've still never joined any circles or such - and only a couple folks (I thought) had access to my website via it  as only a couple folks put me into their circles. Then, the other day........... I noticed it....... suddenly, UDCC goes from LITERALLY 2 in the G+ mode to ---- yes, as you can see 141,000 in G+.

WTH?

They certainly aren't coming here at any detectable rate! What the H is G+ anyways?

  1. Dear friend of this great blog UFO disclosure Countdown: You are right about the worthless side of social networks like Facebook, Myspace, Twitters and others, that are supposed to internet social clubs where people are supposed to be not physical friends, but at least internet friends. But in reality the social networks Facebook, Twitter and others are really worthless even for philosophical, scientific and organized political discussion. Most of those social network sites are really full of people who are really after attention-seeking, fame, personal glory and popularity in the internet. Most of the members of these websites are part of the white-collar high-wage working class. They are not even people with economic problems, even though they pretend that they want a radical change for the world. But they are not worried about the society and the world at all. What they seek is personal glory, fame, and popularity like most people with low-self esteems and low egos. Who use these social sites in order to boost their moral and esteem

  2. Marxist-Socialist, - as always, thanks for your readership and comment.

Indeed, IF one thought the world would have changed by now - based on the worthless politicians and such - you'd be sorry disappointed in the internet if that was supposed to be the vehicle. That said, IMO, it does provide a slight counter punch to TPTB. IMO.
