Hokey Mackerel? OR, Holy S.....T!

Today's MUFON reports have several interesting UFO pictures. One is particularly striking and indeed reminded me of a 2011 UFO picture from the Kansas City UFO flap (which to a degree is STILL on-going). First, the picture:
