Another Siberian UFO or UFO Hoax?

As usual, something is not quite right here; especially when the videoer takes the camera OFF the hovering UFO to point the camera at his home. And, perhaps I'm simply lacking in imagination but - what aliens outside of the ship? And, why does the so-called proof always depend on videos of such short duration?
